Seisei
The phrase Seisei is part of a common filler comment in icelandic which acts as a bridge over a gap in a conversation, a playful path through silence, an out loud internalization, it’s a springboard to the next stage of a thought. Based in Reykjavík, Hulda and Hjálmar work together focusing on fusing ceramics and visual design.
Hulda graduated as a ceramic artist from The Reykjavík School of Visual Arts and is actively exhibiting her work in galleries and design festivals while also producing ceramics by commission.
Hjálmar graduated with a fine art degree from Winchester School of Art and a MA design degree from The Icelandic Academy of the Arts. He has since then worked as a digital product designer.
